Cavendish Cancer Care is an amazing charity that offers support to people affected by cancer. It caters not only to those who have received a diagnosis but also to the family and carers whose lives have been turned upside down by cancer.
Mattress Online has had the pleasure of working with the Sheffield-based charity since early 2023. We truly value this collaboration. It has allowed us to use the valuable knowledge and experience to create health and wellbeing articles for the national press on behalf of Cavendish, which help raise awareness and support for their cause. Mattress Online staff have also benefitted from a series of wellness sessions. These include talks on how to deal with the effects of stress and recognising the symptoms of menopause.
Chloe Angus, Corporate Wellbeing Manager at Cavendish Cancer Care, said:
“A cancer charity and a mattress retailer might seem an odd combination however this is an innovative and exciting partnership for us. Key to our work is helping people to live a healthy lifestyle by considering things like their sleep, nutrition and mental health. We’re looking forward to working with the team and helping them in their mission to become experts in getting a good night’s sleep.”
