But not everyone likes sleeping without a duvet in the summer. That’s why 4.5 tog summer duvets (also known as summer quilts) are the ideal solution. These lighter duvets are much thinner and provide the perfect amount of comfort while keeping you cool all night long.
Separate duvets
If you and your partner can’t decide on the perfect tog duvet, consider sleeping with separate duvets. This way, you can both enjoy a sleep experience tailored to your preferences without fighting over the covers!
