Adam’s breadth of knowledge across science and politics and love of writing have led him to be a master of all trades. With qualifications in both natural and social sciences, as well as expert knowledge of all things cheese and sleep (they’re fine together), no stone is left unturned.
His early career highlights saw him dedicate 9 years at the Press Association. Working his way up the ranks from a sub-editor to main content editor. He then transitioned to the digital sector, working as a content and SEO manager for various companies, including Ignition Search, SIG and WOO Content and contributing editorial insights across well-respected publications such as The Guardian, Times, Independent and Telegraph. He finally landed here at Mattress Online as our Content manager, SEO lead and head strategist. Here, he oversees the creation and distribution of blogs, articles and advice pages, taking a hands-on approach to apply his expertise in sleep science and digital marketing to create well-sourced content with novel insights.
