How does it work?

When does the trial start? - Your 60-night Comfort Trial starts the day your new mattress arrives.

What do you need to do? - Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights, using a mattress protector. This gives your body time to adjust and allows the mattress to settle.

How do you exchange? - After 30 nights, if it's not quite right, simply get in touch to exchange it for another mattress of the same size - we'll collect your old one when we deliver the new.

If you choose a lower-priced option, the original cost will stay the same.
